Some College Bound service. However, when I asked him who he was and why he was calling he started to say Hello, Hello, Hello like he couldn't hear me. I asked who he was calling for and he said Aylagh (totally mashed the Gaelic pronunciation which tells me this person doesn't know me or they would know how to pronounce my name without looking at how it is spelled. He heard that well enough as he kept trying to say my name but when I asked who was calling he started with the Hello, Hello crap again and I hung up.
Why is this moron calling me offering me a college anything when I have my M.D. and retired early due to retinitis pigmentosa and am currently taking some doctorate courses to enable me to teach rather than practice although I would love to continue treating patients but a blind doctor doesn't inspire confidence.
I think you can safely mark this one as a pesky telemarketer. I have one little game I like to play with them now. I have my ringtone set for "Ghosts talking" so I now when a telemarketer or scammer is calling (along with a p8icture o a little monkey eating a bowl of soup he obviously doesn't like as he is sticking out his tongue and making a horrible grimace, just like my kids would do when they were little! Really cute! I found they can hear that ringtone if I push the button my techno son set for me so that it starts the ring tone playing and it really does sound spooky if you are superstitious (hell, even if you're not if the room is on the dark side and you're alone, LOL!
I HATE TELEMARKETERS!!
WITH OVER 100,000.00 in education that I just finished paying off a couple of years back I need this like I need a hole in the head!
God Bless all and have a wonderful holiday!
Aylagh MacAnnadh, M.D.
