It goes on to tell you to press 1 to speak to rep, 2 to be removed from call list, etc. etc. There's even a "if you'd like to express concerns about our marketing......" Here's the thing, they NEVER tell you who they are or why they are calling. But if you google the first part of the message "Welcome......." you'll find a variety of posts on 800 notes for different numbers but ALL are the Rachel Card Holder service, lower your interest rate telemarketing SCAM. So block the number....it's Rachel (or Sam or Peter or whomever) with cardholder scam-you-out-of-your-money service.
