Caller ID: Out of Area
Called asking about speaking to the owner. Asked what they were calling about, and they wanted to talk about their company. Ended up being a company offering debt collection services. Told her we got it covered.
A woman called asking for the controller and asked who that would be. I don't give out names and said no one was available could I take a message; she told me that it is "really hard to reach her" so she would call back another time. It is really hard to reach anyone here too since I screen all the calls for people like this.
