This 609 number appeared on my caller ID and I answered it. They knew my name wanted me to verify my birthdate and the completion of my medical card information. I told her I was unsure of what she wanted and really why was she calling. "Susan" said if I did not believe she was from Aenta, I could call her back and she would give me her extention. She was laughy and all I can say strange. I said OK and I would call the number on the back on my card. She flipped out and said she would give me a number to call and then punch in her 7-digit extension. But I had to hurry as she was leaving work right now.
She provided 1-866-251-2377 with ext 687-5657. I waited a minute to think about this and she called back and left me a voice mail stating I missed her as she was off for the day.

If this is Aetna, it doesn't mean much. Had Aetna 20 yrs ago. Many issues. Aetna again..... Nightmare! Completely fraudulent in their coverage. Chose Aetna because they covered my current physicians (Who my originally chose under Aetna coverage!) and they refused to pay for any appointments. So the point of paying for coverage is what exactly?
