This is not the first time getting a call about my Google listing. When I pressed 1 to speak to someone to say that I am on the do not call list, the person began singing to me. I told him that I was glad that if he had the time to make these calls then he should get a real job. He called back two more times on different numbers to harass me.
Just missed a call from this number and no message. When I googled the number, it said it came from the Cape may Courthouse. They I found this page saying they were telemarketers. Glad I missed the call and will just block any future calls.
Called multiple times, I finally answered. The call seemed somewhat legit but I my gut tells me it was BS. The guy said he was from Google Plus and was giving me a courtesy call to let me know that my website was not mobile friendly and starting in April my website will not be viewable from a mobile device. He asked for my name and my businesses address which I regrettably provided and then he hung up on me.
It's an autodialer looking for business owners with a web presence. They're offering a web site, blah, blah, blah. You can reach a human, if you want to go down their sales path.
