I don't have any outstanding bills with these people and am right in the way I am handling my response to their actions. They have called my family members leaving messages that if they don't contact me to get in touch with them, their credit will be "impaired". I can assure you Mr. Minscoff that I don't owe anyone anything other than my mortgage payment and my vehicle with the credit union. They do go down the phone book looking for people Mr. Minschoff & now that you are definitely on their list, I can't wait for the future calls they will make to you.
Don't judge me or my response when YOU nor Mr. Heckler's "legal assistants" know one thing about me. I am listed in the phone book and I am sure that is where they got their INITIAL information. When I wouldn't give them additional PRIVATE information such as my social security number, my bank account number, etc. and ask for additional information on the alleged debt, they immediately started demanding info and being downright rude and obnoxious.
Mr. Minschoff, it is a good thing you settled your debt, however, did it ever occur to you it wasn't going to the credit card company but in Mr. Hecker's pockets? You could have settled the debt yourself with the credit card company. Now you have only given Mr. Heckler another notch on his wall. Maybe it was during your agreement to pay them when the laughing started in Mr. Heckler's office.
I agree with you 100% that Mr. Minschoff is one of Hecker's employees! Funny thing is how can you hide when you have lived in the same place for over 15 years? Second thing, how can you hide from a debt you don't owe? Furthermore, how can you hide from somebody when your street address is listed in the phone book?
Funny, Mr. Heckler's employees must have had some free time during the time their boss was in court at his own trial!
I received a call on my answering machine for Charnelle something and Donald Guy. I don't even know these people. They said I had payment arrangements made with them and to call immediately since this was atimely matter. I don't know the company who called and I do no know who they were calling for
I'VE GOTTEN A FEW CALLS FROM 609-570-3039 LEAVING MESSAGES. THE MANS NAME IS PAUL MANN, THE LAST MESSAGE I GOT FROM HIM WHICH WAS ON THE 12'TH OF AUG, A WOMAN IN THE BACKGROUND WAS TELLING HIM WHAT TO SAY AND HE PAUSED A LOT BEFORE SAYING ANYTHING, SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME. THEIR TRYING TO COLLECT FROM ME ON A 15 YEAR OLD DEBT THAT'S NOT EVEN MINE. I'M NOT GOING TO PAY THEM ONE RED CENT. I'M A LITTLE CURIOUS, HAVE ANY OF YOU BEEN SUMMONS TO COURT BY THESE SCUMS?
