WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are B I G credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give your credit card number to these lowlifes, or you will regret it forever!
If you KNOW you owe no money, or believe the call was from a fake debt collector, please take the time to read this:

These people are finding new numbers to send their scam calls from. This particular number belongs to an area where Verizon covers the phone area. I got this SAME phone message from another Arkansas number last week.
Both calls start out with a robo call that says "Hello, this is Heather from your credit card services...", As soon as I here the same robo "voice" and "Heather", I hang up the phone. I need not wait to talk to a live person as I personally do NOT use credit cards to even have a "credit card services"!
This is flat out a blatant attempt to scam and phish personal information from people into stealing one's personal identity, DO NOT fall for this! This is a Federal Crime to use the U.S. phone system this way. These people keep changing the number they call from to keep ahead of being tracked down.. Keep reporting your calls!
NEVER, EVER hit redial to call these people back, it just tells the scammer that they have hit a "live" phone number (one that belongs to someone and is working). They want nothing "more" than your identity!
For cell phones, there is an app called "Call Control" once you get it, you can add these numbers to a "Blacklist" and you will never hear from this number again. There are many features to this app, even reporting a phone call to some authority. I'm not sure if it your local PD or who the authority is. It can be found in the Verizon app store.
