"We're calling about your credit card account and how we can lower your rates." Yes this is a general phishing call, however, the very same automatic recording, will call from a lot of other phone numbers. These people have been harassing me for over four years. I tried to stay on and ask the telemarketer is she could remove me from the call list. and was assured they would do it. Had a male telemarketer from that recording origin, say to me, after I said, "please" stop calling me..... calm down [***]. Yes! that is what he said. So I have had to stop answering my phone in order to avoid them. They seriously will call constantly! daily, or every couple days.... but, definitely every week, every month, for years! It is ridiculous.
