I, too, am on the "do not call' list....

This number has called MANY times, sometimes leaves a message... all the time telling me I'm eligible to lower credit, etc.  SPAM!

10.17.2014  "They" called my INDIANA cell number with a 'lower % offer' on my credit cards and "Ericka" at the center then hung up on me when I told her that I pay all my credit cards IN FULL.  

As "they" say....She's a B*-***!  ;-)

Asked the name of the bank for which they were cardmember services and got about 10 seconds of runaround before I told her I didn't appreciate her deceptive answers. "Erika" the operator immediately went into full chickenhead mode telling me to F*** Off and "You don't know nothin "bout my life." I can tell from the top flight customer service that they must be a respectable financial institution.
