This call came in on my cell phone @ 9:30 am (EST) on 11-18-2014, caller ID says "Robi Home" from New Jersey. I didn't answer it, but a voicemail was left saying " It was urgent that I contact them regarding my eligibility to lower my interests rates to as low as 6.9%, and my eligibility expires shortly....consider this my final notice. Press one now on my phone to speak to a live operator, or press two to discontinue further notices" . I did neither. Funny they didn't say if this was for lowering interest on a credit card or not. Further more, my credit cards have a zero balance as I pay them off "IN FULL" each month, therefore I never pay interest at all! And, like many others have said "DO NOT CALL OR PRESS ANY NUMBERS" as they would know they've reached a working number. According to a website at http://www.salespider.com, the phone number belongs to Robin Sterns, 712 Sturwood Way, Lawrence Township, New Jersey.
Not sure if this is the current owner of the phone number or not...
I received this phone call at 3:40am... I live in Hawaii. I typically don't pick up from phone numbers I don't know, but with my husband currently deployed, I always pick them up. As soon as they mispronounced my name, I hung up. Don't answer this number.
Recd the call today at 09:11 am came up as Heyward Verlin as an individual name. When I answered it was something about your credit card accounts and lowering your rate. I know these calls are scammers, I simply hung up. I wish I had talked with them to let them know, we are on the Do Not Call List.
Same deal as all of the above. I feel bad because I left my phone charging while it was on and it woke my poor husband up. After reading these I'm thankful I didn't try to get it before it stopped ringing.
