This number has called me almost everyday for 2 weeks. Finally today they left a message and were wanting a disabled family member of mine to do a survey on home health care. They seem ok but I will say they are persistent with the calling lol.
They called me today, promising $40 per person to answer some health care survey by phone.

I too got the 609-897-7415 number, with the word "MATHEMATICA" on the display.
If I want to participate, I am supposed to call 1-800-385-8047 ask for Pat Lacodo(?)
I'm not sure I will call.
Received a call from someone at this number today who spoke with my boyfriend about finding help with my handicapped adult son. Actually called him by name. This is very frightening. Who are these people and how do they know so much???
