Got this text just a few minutes ago. The automated recording wanted me to enter social security number. They can Fock off, and go Broncos!

This is a complete fraud.  Text message stated my Wells Fargo account had been compromised and I needed to call this number immediately.  Only one problem... I don't have a Wells Fargo account.  Furthermore, the text originated from [email protected], which is not a Wells Fargo contact.

stated Wells Fargo card was deactivated.  Asked for SSN, card number, expiration date, and 3-digit code on back of card (provided them bogus info just to see what would happen).  Message said info was confirmed and card was reactivated.
