Who called from 6099575020

No message.  Caller ID says "Local Call Area".  I don't pick up for unidentified callers.

I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THAT NUMBER THIS MORNING.  THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.

It's a VOIP assigned number.  Most likely scammers from Russia or India.

We received a call from this number yesterday, 29 May 2013, at 6:18 pm. My wife answered and said someone was asking for donations for a police benevolent fund. My wife hung up because she couldn't understand the person speaking. I called back today and got a recording that it was the "Fundraising Information Center". The caller ID stated "Local Call Area" but area code 609 is not local. I am in area code 781. This appears to be a scam.
