The number you are getting a call from is a ghost number. It all gets routed out of a business called Auto/Vehicle Processing Department in Santa Anna Ca. They are a complete rip off. Their main number used to be 1-800-356-8170. It may have changed.
A man called with a thick accent. My husband mimicked his accent and told him "Don't call me, I don't like you." The guy hung up and we laughed for about 2 minutes
They have been calling to extend my warranty on my vehicle. I ask to speak to a supervisor and they hang up. Very thick Europe accent, maybe Russian? This is a scam, do not give them any info!!
Four times a day for past 7 days, if I answer no one is there and if I do not answer no voicemail is left. Appears to be a scam of some sort. Also, if you call back, regardless of time of day, it always says it is after hours and hangs up.
Spam cold callers acting as if they know me and the cars I own; then try to sell an extended auto warranty. Nuisance and they call several times per month.
