When you call a number back and get a message that it is disconnected or out of service that usually means the number is "spoofed" and the call was made to you by some type of "scam".
Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer it. Looks like whoever it is, they're busy calling people today, based on other posts. Blocked it on my iPhone.
