When you call a number back and get a message that it is disconnected or out of service that usually means the number is "spoofed" and the call was made to you by some type of "scam".

I do not answer. I may have once some time ago. When I don't answer no message is left on phone. I'm seventy five years old and am sick and tired. Help stopping these calls please. I think it is some type of help buttons for seniors.
This must be my 'Lucky' day this is my 4th call from an unavailable, unknown or twit (different) numbers that refuses to leave a message. Started at about 8:45 am up until 10:30 am.
Don't think the 610 number it is a dept collector. But it could be a charity scam like the one for the Fraternal Order of Police that calls from in and out of the state at least once, sometimes twice a week.
Anyone calling for something that you don't want to give or get is a telemarketer.
