I get the same calls all the time and I have reported them over and over to no avail

610-916-7301. Very rude people. Call multiple times daily from various numbers. They claim I owe a doctor bill, but I never heard of the doctor. I asked for proof of claim and they hung up again. They call everyday. They are located near Leesport, PA or Temple, PA. They claim to be Berks (something or other) - can't understand them.

This person called me claiming I owed a bill, when they couldn't tell me why they told me that I would go to jail and it would get on my credit report, then the girl hung up on me.

They collect for doctors offices. Rude, obnoxious people. Also illegally use computers to call you. If you answer, a minute or two later ( if your dumb enough to hold on ) a person will come online. If you don't answer they will not leave a message but try again, and again, and again.


Send them emails, everyday. Sign up for junk email everywhere, use their email. Send them faxes, even better when someone asks you for a fax number, give theirs!

Put pressure on them to leave you alone.

Document any abuse or violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, then sue them. They may offer to settle, you might win in court ( you don't need an attorney in small claims court but having one would help. ) Even if you lose it will cost them hundreds if not thousands in attorneys fees just to answer your complaint. make them spend THEIR money to make YOU go away.

BERKS CREDIT, P.O. BOX 329, TEMPLE, PA, 19560-0329. They also use numbers:
200-000-0030 (Spoofed), 610-916-7262, 610-916-7301, 610-916-7263,
800-448-8709, 610-916-7260. Appears to be Robo Dialer because after 3 rings I get nothing and then it hangs up. They collect medical bills and are near Reading, PA. They calls 6 days a week, 5 and 6 times a day. I am on DNC lists and reported their calls to Pennsylvania's Attorney General. You can report them online. I do not know why they call me because I am old and haven't had any dental work done because I have no teeth and have Medicare and supplemental for what Medicare does not cover.
