I've been getting calls from this number also. This is the only answer I've found.

They keep calling us too.  I asked to have my name taken off their list.  Unfriendly person said they had to talk to my husband whom they are calling for.  Really? He's never home when they call! Shouldn't I be able to refuse their calls as well?
