This looks like the latest proxy number from a scammer that is purportedly trying to sell vehicle warranties. I have received this exact same recording from a half dozen different phone numbers from all over the country over the last year. The recording claims to be named "Heather".

Received another call from this number today 10:11am. No message left when it rolled to v/m. this call was to my cell phone. More irritating than the home scam calls. Unknown caller, of course came up.
