Agent something called, and said I had gotten a loan in 2010. I never even got the loan. He stated I had to pay 795.00 to not go to jail/court over the matter. He was American, however got very nervous when I asked for the state he was in. He also said he usually only speaks to law enforcement and was making an exception. Had my last four of social etc. I had applied for a loan but never received it.

This is crazy. The exact same thing as Laura happened to my husband today. Agent Graham from the legal disposition fraud dept. Trying to sound so official. Thank u to all that have posted. It is definitely a scam. Might be time to pull a credit report and make sure everything is as it should be.
ACTUALLY THIS PPL ARE NOT NO LAW PPL THERE ARE JUST CA COLLECTION AGENCY THEY US THIS THREATEN WORDS TO GET U TO PAY THEM. THEY HAVE ALL UR INFO THE CALL U SAYING OH U GOING TO JAIL PAY THIS BUT IN REALITY IS FALSE YES ITS UR DEBT BUT THEY BUMP IT UP WHY SO THEY CAN GET WAS CALL A FEE AND THEY GET THAT EXTRACT $$ THEY ADD TO UR DEBT ITS A COLLECTION AGENCY.
