They called my 95 year old father claiming to have $500k from PCH if he could verify some information. He did not so they hung up. Three times they called on his cell! Next day the number is no longer in service. This has got to stop
This number calls my mom's house between 10-15 times a day and has been doing so since last October. This morning I answered and told the man to not call again, that I will not allow my mom to speak to him. He called me a f****** b**** and hung up. Ten minutes later he called and the one time she has answered a call from this number he told my mom he was sending a casket to her house. I want this piece of crap dealt with. He called every two minutes this morning after hanging up on me. I eventually left her phone off the hook.
Caller said he was from the firm Foster and ? Didn't get the second part of the name and that I won 500k from a sweepstakes PCH. Asked if I would be home from 10am-2pm stating that a crew would be showing up on Wed. I responded the 8th and the phone went dead. I think the [***] didn't know what Wed date was. Then two hours later another man called from the same number asking for me by first and last name. I said I had a bad connection and could I get a callback number the phone went dead again. They never ask for any of my info I think I had to many questions for them is why the hung up. Today's date and the date they called is 04-6-15
I received a call from this number today at 7:30 a.m. A voice mail message was left; however, the message was nothing but background noise and someone having a conversation with another person. Couldn't really understand what they were saying. The message was similar to that of a person who didn't lock their phone, my number was the last call, and my number was dialed by accident. I'm fairly certain, though, that they more than likely scammers, especially with the information provided here.
This "person" Robert first identified himself as a law office. Then he identified himself as Highland Industries and told me that my credit card was billed for "a truckload of spam." After telling him not to call me he proceeded to call me constantly until I blocked his number.
My father received many phone calls from the same person with the same scam. I was able to trace the number and came up with a person behind this scam. His name is Ricky Garcia and he is calling from Hyattsville Maryland. I told him if he ever called my father again I would be up in Hyattsville and I will track him down. He's at 20 year old [***] and his personal phone number is 1-202-580-8149
