Number started calling today, but it's calling a conference room phone that happens to be near my desk. I finally answered it because it got annoying hearing the phone ring, and all I got was a series of beeps for about 15 seconds and then the call disconnects. I've answered it 3 or 4 more times with the same result.

I called the operator, they said they could not tell me why I am getting calls from Minneapolis when I get my care in Oregon, that I would have to answer the call next time I get one. I am guessing that the VA is trying to get veterans for surveys. Hope this helps.
This number called my phone 3 times today and never left a voice message. I searched the Internet for it and it appears to be from the Minneapolis VA Center, so I called back. After going through their automated answering system I talked with someone who had no idea why I was being called. She said they have a computer system that calls people about upcoming visits, but didn't know why it doesn't leave a voice message.
