Called my cell, robo call "can you hear me scam" do not answer!!! They record your answer "YES" and use it fraudulently if they have some of your personal info and use the recording "yes" as proof you agreed to terms of what ever transaction they were trying to make.
Oh my gosh! I got the same "I had to adjust my headset" giggiling about it the whole time. I listened for a minute about how I won a trip because I stayed at one of their resorts (never said the name of the resort). I hung up in the middle of her talking.
See Chuck's message above. It's a new twist on trying to get you to say "yes." Caller asked, "Is this (my name)"? I was expecting a call from a hospital so unfortunately I said, "yes". Then the call went into the recorded headset routine. Called the State Attorney General. He said to keep a close watch on all my accounts. Have received calls on both my personal cell and my work cell. I am no longer answering calls that have 800 in them.
