I got the same message - Oh, sorry I was having trouble with my headset! I started telling her we never stayed at any resort and she just kept talking so it's def. a recording. There is a scam out there where they try to record you saying "Yes" so it sounds like that's what this is.
This number has called twice. The woman says hello than you hear nothing. You say hello she says you there. Waiting for yes than says sorry I was having difficulty with my husband. Exactly the same each time must be recording. Must try recording your yes.
Woman says hello than nothing you say hello then you there. You answer yes and the woman says sorry having trouble with my husband. This is second call with exact same. Must be recording trying to get you to say yes.
Woman says oh! Sorry, I was having trouble with my headset. Started to say something about me staying at one of their resorts before and that I qualify for... And then I hung up. Bogus.
