This the "CardMember Services" scam. This number came to my cell phone. I "pressed 1 to lower my rate" then berated the operator on the other end. All you can do for now. I have reported this scam to various State Attorney Generals. The Call ID is forged. They stated they believe it is an operation running from Hong Kong. This is an illegal scam---there is no way to have them put you on their DNC lists---they do not care. They are probably only trying to get your card number.
