answered - person said hello... didn't say anything else - then hung up

Looks like they are on a roll today.  got call, answered it, they said hello then hung up.

yep. had same thing. woke me up from a nap! :(

repeated calls w/ spam message

They left a message for me about lowering my credit card interest rate and cutting my monthly payments. Claimed I was only making minimum payments....I don't carry credit card debt. This is weird.
