I answered and heard someone but they hung up.

Automated message saying something about being selected to win a free home security system.

Caller left a voicemail on my cell about lowering my credit card interest rate. Claimed I had talked to her last week but I have never had any business with them prior. They did not leave a company name.

Got a call from them. After 5 hello's recorder came on about loan or credit cards, hung up.

They just left me a vm on my work cell.  Definitely a scam.  I received the same message on my personal cell two weeks ago and reported it on the FCC web site:(http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm).
