I posted an ad on craigslist as a nanny and they responded with a text asking "Hello, Are you still looking for job??" And sent it twice. It seemed fishy, especially as it was out of area, but i replied yes, just in case. They then sent "(1/2) Thanks for quick response, I am Mark Dominic by name from Senior Care, Inc,We have a job for you,You will be working from home via (2/2) computer as an advertiser to be posting advert online and you will be paid $300 every week,Please acknowledge the text receipt" and as i advertised a job a nanny and this is really really suspicious i never responded, but just an fyi that job is way too good to be true, especially as someone with literally zero experience in that field (i wasn't even advertising for that field so .. Duh) anyways I just don't want anyone to get sucked into it!!

I received the same response to a listing I posted for a service I am providing for resume creation.... no experience in the advertising field and the message said i would receive payment of $300 a week for 1 hour of work per day for 4 days just posting advertisements on craigslist for hancock fabrics, inc. YEAH RIGHT....
I asked how I was to know it was legitimate and he replied with the website address to hancockfabrics.com
Whoever or whatever this thing is sending these text messages is definitely a SCAM!!
I wasn't sure if it was in reference to my job posting or not so I replied yes.
Received the following response:
Thanks for quick response, I am Mark Dominic by name from Hancock Fabrics Inc,You will be working from home via computer as an advertiser to be posting advert online and you will be paid $300 every week,Please acknowledge the text receipt.
I asked whether or not Hancock Fabrics had subsidiaries it did advertisements for.
