Who called from 6128520021

When I answered I heard a recording offering low interest rates on my credit card debts. Don't know where they got my phone number.

Caller doesn't not identify themselves.  Does not leave a message.

Just got a call from them. It is Target. Calling wanting money I guess. Too bad they got the wrong number.

We received this call too. Glad to see who it is. We too have no tie with Target. You guys are right about the repeated calls, we're seeing 5 a day for the last 3 days.
