Who called from 6128520021

Call on average 20-25 times a day. No message left. Hang up when call is answered.

This is Target calling about paying your credit card bill.

I get any were from 5-7 times a day from 612-852-0021 and also from      602-385-2140... I wish I could block these calls !!!!!!!!!!

file a complaint by e-mail to the FCC. They will respond to you in 24hrs
and give you a case number. it works, I've done it.

Now I see that this is "Target" calling, however, don't know why they call.  Wish I could block this number - tired of them calling 5-6 times daily!
