Received a call from this number but did not answer because it was ID'ed as Minneapolis, MN. Reading the comment from Steve, I see it is OptumRx. I have a plan through them and they were checking on an order I had placed. I only found out because I called Customer Service to check on a mail order. They need to ID themselves on mobile so as not to be ignored or blocked. The caller is one of those robotic voices, so I suspect this is a call service that does business with many companies, so ID is not specific to one customer.

I got a call from this number for the first time today - and I have been dealing with them for many years. I had already talked to them twice this morning and my prescription had been confirmed with my credit card. I called the number I HAVE for them on my prescription forms and they verified they have calls coming from other parts of the Country and I suggested they SHOW on the phone WHO the call is from seeing as people are being asked to again verify credit cards. I don't think I will be dealing with them anymore - I have had too many problems with them lately anyway - and will switch medications if necessary. My doctor had to deal with them once for me and I'm just done!
I have asked OptuRx to identify themselves on the ID when they call rather than IDs that are not recognizable. Keep your fingers crossed that they will listen.
