It's US Bank Small Business. I filled out the inquiry online, they called back when I was at work. I called them back on break and I'm in processing now. :-) Piece of mind.
THis number has been calling my business lines twice a day for about a week. When I answer it there is never anyone there. It shows up on my caller ID as 'US Bank'
