It's US Bank Small Business. I filled out the inquiry online, they called back when I was at work. I called them back on break and I'm in processing now. :-) Piece of mind.
I got a call from this number stating that it was account services and that they needed to speak to me about my account, (automated) Never gave business or bank name. No caller ID just the number.
this number and some other keep calling and leaving a message for frank.
they call 2 times a day for the past month... when i pick up they hang up.
what is this about.....does anyone know?
Man said he was with US Bank. I do not have a US Bank account. Asked me for my social security #. NEVER give anyone your SS# over the phone unless YOU call them and know for sure with whom you are talking.
They have been calling 3 - 4 times a day and no answer when I do answer. This last time today he actually left a message. I could hardly understand him though his heavy accent. My gut feeling is: SCAM. He left a message for Suzanna that stated he was from US Bank and to call back. He said to call 612 973 0789 or 1 800 249 6605 bank id #0789.
I got a call from this number and I was afraid to answer it. After reading some of the comments here, I'm glad I didn't. It could have been a scam of some kind and I might have fell for it and lost alot of money. I don't know what to do about it now. Should I have my phone dis-connected and get a cell phone? Would they still be able to get my number? How can I protect myself from these people? I haven't answered my phone for about two weeks now. I don't know what to do. I write letters to the people I want to get in touch with as I don't want to give these scam people a way to talk to me. Now I'm worried that they might be reading my mail. The mailman looks like he may be one of them. My neighbor was attacked by the mailmans dog last week. Why does a mailman have to bring his dog with him? I just wonder if his dog has something to do with all these calls from that phone number. Maybe that's why they don't leave a message. I'm turning this over to the CIA of FBI. Something fishey is going on here and I'm tired of living in fear.
