Received a very threatening call from this no, claiming I have not updated my records for pr/alien card & was very nasty about asking me to pay amount of $2930 penalty as money gram at post office or else will get rcmp to come 4 me and take my citizenship.its a scam. Couldn't speak proper English gave name "David Nelson".put a senior counselor "John Thomas" on the line who said I cud not discuss with anybody not even my husband. Pls "BEWARE"of these scam artists. Claimed my file wud be updated in the USA. Why I asked & he got very rude& nasty.
This number has called about 5 times in the last two days asking for my parents. Every time i said they are not available, because it is very easy to tell this is all a scam by the way the person on the phone spoke. Called again this morning and I said I was extremely frustrated with the calls and if he had a legit message i will pass it on. He said "How about you let me F*** you?" I told him to "go F*** yourself" and hung up. Have not gotten a call since.
Please be very careful, they will call over and over again claiming to send the police to your house or taking legal action against you. It is ALL FALSE.
The same exact thing happened to my mom today, and she is from a different country but she came legally and the person on the phone asked for, like $2930 or he said he was going to "deport" her back...
