receied a call from this number (613-051-7340) this morning (Oct. 30, 2015) asking me "are you a citizen?" I told her send me a letter.
If you really wants to play games with these bad people, just give them wrong information (wrong name, wrong date of birth, wrong address, etc., ) and if they say "correct" then tell them you have tricked them and tell them politely to have a life hand hang up.
Today My wife got call from this number (613-051-7340) and said he is from CIC. Then transfer to an other Panjabi Speaking person. My wife asked him who you are. when my asked him question because she knew that is fraud person he said you don't know how to talk officer and hung up .
