Annoying!!! as I know people in this area code. They should have to identify themselves before the phone is answered as do those who are already in my phone. I ignore numbers which are not identified.
They are strategic communications calling on behalf of their clients and their client campaigns. Calling almost everyday and have asked my number to be removed from list but it never holds.
ongoing calls over last several weeks. remove # but is only for that 'project' i.e next client project comes along and we're on again!!!!
Also - when answer phone - no one is there
Called back the number and got a recording that said it was "Strategic Communications" claiming to be a research company. Not sure I'm buyin' it, but that's what the recording said.
