two days in a row I received a call FROM THESE GUYS. Call display on the phone indicates call originates at CRA as 1-800-959-8281 and the message is to call -1-613-909-1368. How do they get the call display to indicate call is coming from CRA??

sounds like a scam to me -- I don't think CRA phones you like that.
CRA NEVER calls you "out of the blue". You will initially establish contact thru mail. Don't buy these absolutely disgusting Criminal Pakistani IDIOTS who say they sent you multiple notifications. It NEVER works that way. Here's a simple tip. If someone phones you with a indo-pakistani accent, hang up. It's always a fraud.
