claimed to be from Bell Canada - offering me a 30% discount on my services - very thick accent, hard to understand. Asked me to confirm a bunch of info for my account - I started to suspect they were calling to record my voice, so I hung up.
Someone called from this number called but no one answered. All I could hear was my own voice echoing back to me along with the sounds in the room (sounds like the other person's comment about their voice being recorded). All they got out of me was "hello" several times. Very creepy. Definitely a scam.
