Tech called about my computer which i knew was a scam they want to get in your computer. Call is from Canada. My id said online update. I said nothing is wrong do not call again. Hung up.
Bull crap do not even answer.
Told me "your windows os has been infected, we've been monitoring your system closely, it's in danger. It's absolutely important you repair your computer today," &. She tried to scare me more. After saying...Nope I dont use win os. She says " mam we have been monitoring your system I know someone in that household is using win." Couldn't understand her name, she wouldn't give email.website or phone. Finally I told her she was a fraud I would be reporting her phone,website to the authorities. She made mistake when she asked for a credit card. I do have win os. I have high computer skills. But, she is praying on others fears... It's an old con.
