I received a very similar call, with the exact same message including the " God Bless" on Feb. 10th, 2016 ..however the gentleman leaving the message had very bad english,
and I couldn't make out his name or where he was calling from. He did mention that if I did
not return his call I will be arrested.
Call from 613 366 3899 claiming that they have approved an application for an unsecured loan in my name and asking us to call back immediately. Received a call last night and again this morning. Exact same phone # and recorded message. The number is supposedly from Fibernectics in Ottawa. I'm assuming it is a scam, and have not called back.

Received a call this a.m. (I live in Burnaby B.C.) from 613-366-3899
informing me of a loan issued in my name, and to call to verify this
with my personal info.
Just got home to find the same "call 613-366-3899 to receive your pre-approved unsecured loan" on my answering machine. The guy sounded a lot like some of my Jamaican friends. Didn't call back as it is an obvious scam.
