when pick up the phone they just hang up. heard "good bye". seems like scamers

left no message on machine

No response from caller after answering their call.  They seem to be fishing for a certain voice.

26/03/14   I got a phone call from 613-445-2314.  This was way too late -- at 9:40 p.m.  When I answered, just heard background noises, so I hung up.  How can these creeps be stopped?????
