Who called from 6134999810

Claiming they are from CRA,to call back immediately within 2 hrs or the sheriffs office will be here to arrest me......

These "people" are notorious for attempting to collect fraudulant debts. Here's some info on them and some info from the FTC on fraudulant and time barred debt:

They are calling from the CRA and if I don't return their phone call within 2x hours, they will start legal action against me as there are 4x serious allegations against my name and they will send a Sheriff to arrest me.
