Who called from 6135912454

This number came up on my phone. The ring was a long distance one however this number should be local

They are Duct cleaning scammers calling from India.  They call us everyday here in Kanata, Ontario.  It is harrassment.  They spoof local phone numbers, but the ringtone indicates it is long-distance. They've used 613-591-2454 twice so far.  We've received over 600 calls from them in the last 2 years.

Call came in with a long distance ringtone although it appeared to be a Kanata area call. When I picked up there was just dead air.
