Person with heavy East Indian accent identified himself as agent from Revenue Canada, threatened me with jail if I didn't pay overdue amount related to last tax return in amount of 2600$. Person was very hostile and aggressive and scared me. By end of call he admitted to not being from Revenue Canada and laughed.
This is a robo call claiming to be from Revenue Canada saying that there is a problem with your tax return and an investigation of your SSN. Total scam. I phoned back and got a person with an Indian accent. When I said it was a scam the person called me an a-hole. What better confirmation of a scam could you have.
this number called me and claiming that there's a law suit against me and that i owed the Canadian revenue Agency a big amount so i have to make an arrangement how to pay this money owed for the tax returns of 2009-2014 Indian accent so be aware .....

Just got a call from this number. It is a Robo-Caller claiming that I owe a LARGE sum of money to the government, and if I don't call back and pay immediately I will face harsh legal actions and my SIN number will be under investigation and "Red Flagged Forever". Then they said call back to Jennifer Gomez (but pronounced it Jeen-i-fur G-oo-mez). Then at the end of the call told me to have a blessed day... COMPLETE SCAM!
Reçu le même téléphone aujourd'hui 5 août 2016, pour mon patron alors que ces impôts sont payés par le comptable....je crois que le nom prononcé était plutôt le père de celui-ci. Lorsque j'ai rappelé, j'ai demandé à celle-ci où je téléphonais et il m'a répondu que ce n'était pas de mes affaires....en anglais bien sûr et personne qui parle français......avec un fort accent indien (indou).....
