this is a FRAUD!!! Beware .they scare you and ask for money for the lien over the phone. It is illegal for CRA to ask money over the phone. you have the right to receive the information in writing and if applicable dispute it. they said these scammers have taken money upto $13000 from people. Usually targetting south asian people. stay away and infrom as many people as you can.

Got a call yesterday and today from him. Telling me there are arrest warrants out for me, he works for CRA , that he will be sending police over to my house in 15 minutes to arrest me.

If you get a call from 1 613 6992819, it's fraud. Don't answer any questions and tell them you will call the police. They pretend they are from Rev. Canada but they are not.
