called at 4:37am, rushed to phone, a second too late.  tried to call back but line is constantly busy for 40 minutes

Who the hell calls in the middle of the night?

THis number called me and said that my alarm went off.

This number is from a security alarm company called Protectron.  Home/Business security systems.  Their 1800 number is 1800.653.9111

If you have a security system in your home they may have called because the alarm went off or the battery is low etc.  If you do not have an alarm system you may inadvertently have a telephone number that they have on file for an old customer and the customer has not changed or updated their file so hence why you received the call.  I know all of this because I am a customer of the company and in fact I just received a call from that number for the reason being the battery is low and the system is not working properly.  A call to their 1800 number should rectify the problem if you do not have an alarm system and they have the wrong number on file.
