they said they are from immigration office and told me I will be Arrested Due to legal complaint againt me. knew it is scam but still asked them what was the reason who made the complain and who they are. He said talk to my manager . Both talked with very thick indian accent. They called me many times the past few days but never left message.

they said the same as posted by Goldie, that they are from immigiration office and told me that I will be Arrested due to legal complaint against me,but I didn't know that its a scam,i was shocked and woke up my husband who came from night shift and I turn on the speaker .
my husband told me that its a scam and ask them what 's your employment ID number then they disconnected the phone.
one more thing they talked with very thick indian accent.
Yes I got call today 03 June 2015 from 1-613-993-7367 and claiming his name as James Parker calling from CIC Ottawa, Ontario. And was informing me that CIC has filed a case against me for not declaring 9 digit alien number. As per him, I have 2 options to deal with it. Option 1 to fight against CIC in court for which he was not ready to disclose any information. Option -2 to pay $899.00. But he doesn't know how to pay and was advising me to go to bank and get cash and then he will guide me what to do. I asked how you will be able to know which bank I am. Then he told me that he will be online connected with me. I asked how? then he asked me my mobile number. Fortunately I don't keep cell phone. So there is no point. He kept threatening me over phone taking legal action and deporting.
I told him that provide me your contact number and I will call you back. I asked him to transfer to his supervisor. Every request was denied.
First thing after disconnecting phone I redialed number and got recorded message - number doesn't exists. and then I googled this number and here I am.
Guys, who ever receives such phone calls - don't panic. do not provide any information or confirm any information. Do not give phone number or cell number. and register complain calling CIC
