This phone number calls our office 5 to as much as 20 times per day. It is costing our office a lot of money in missed calls from patients and office staff time in having to answer the calls when no person is there on the other end. We have to wait for an answer as we do have deaf patients who use a relay system that takes time to answer.
Got a missed call from them, when I called, they immediately answered asking for my social security number. I said "absolutely not! who is this?" She then asked for my cell phone number, again I refused. I asked what company she was from, she only said "Community". I kept calling her on her crap, and she said that because I called her back, that was the info she was only allowed to give me. I kept trying to get info out of her but she refused so I said she was a scam and I would be reporting her. I then hung up.
they have a lot of phone numbers. I do not have /own any credit cards or have any past due on anything. lol i just monitor the caller id once in awhile but never use the land line been years of it turned off. so no big deal to me
HI I keep getting calls from them and I finally answered, they refused to say who they were unless I identified myself as someone who has had their information stolen already. I said send me a letter if you have business with me, they said we dont know if they have the correct info?? reallly?? pop the letter in the mail, if it comes back then you have your answer. I am reporting to the FCC as I am on the no call list and I suggest others report them too.
