Unless a scammer is using only part of their name (which is totally plausible these days) "Comenity" is Comenity Bank...they're the "Collections Department" for almost ALL store credit card accounts now, so if you're behind or even made a less than minimum payment on just about ANY store card you have, their system will start calling.
