I got this message on my voice mail: "This is Rachel Lomax with Mediation Services. You have a pending case in our office that requires your immediate attention. It is imperative that I speak with either you or your attorney of record today. My number is 614-245-0540. f I do not hear from you or your attorney I will document that you have waived your right to counsel and submit your case. (Unintelligible) yourself accordingly." I have no idea what this is, "Rachel" never said who she was leaving this message for, and I have no intention of calling back a number I don't recognize. Never mind that the Caller ID said "Booker, R" and not "Mediation Services". If she was calling from a legit agency, why would the Caller ID say a personal name? I am SO SO sick of these threatening scams. And yes, I'm on the Do Not Call Registry.

I receive a phone call with a voice message from Rachel Lomax claiming to be Mediation services and that I had a pending in their office that acquires my immediate attention. "Oh my, my immediate attention" That it is imperative that they speak with either me or my attorney of record today. Then she left a phone number and stated that if she does not hear from me or my attorney she would document I have waived my right to counsel and submit my case coming myself accordingly. Well being the sprite that I am I decided to call them back, a very nice lady "haha" answered the phone stating that she is from Meyers Recovery, I informed her that I had received a phone call from this number and that I was trying to figure out who this company was. She immediately transferred me which then ended the phone call was. I called back a gentleman answered named George, I informed him I had received a phone call from them and I was attempting to search their company on google to ensure they are legit, he informed me that they don't have a website, that they are private 3rd company that handles sensitive matters "haha private matters, yea ok" so then I informed him that I wanted to get as much information regarding the company to forward that information to the Attorney General's office, well he hung up on me "Whoop there it is, this a legit scam company." Well now its my turn to bug them :) so I called back and got the lady from the first round. I informed her I was attempting to find her company's website in order to forward the information onto the Attorney generals office, she started to provide the website, www. then she paused and said and I quote " you spank it, we bank it" end quote, then hung up. Hahaha ohhhhh she's sooooo funny, so I called back a few more times just bug them, I kept getting put on hold then the call would end, then the same lady finally answered, immediately knowing it was me, I politely informed the lady that she was extremely unprofessionally and I wanted to know was what their website was, she informed my that phone number was removed from their list because I clearly was not the person they were looking for, "ummmmmm yea I'm clearly not that person." So folks this is a legit scam company, which I have forwarded there information onto the attorney generals office.
I called this number back with a fake number, and talked to a random lady. Not an indian, believe it or not. She checked to see if my number was associated with any case, and apparently it was not. "I must have received the call by mistake." Still a scam, though!
I just received the same exact voicemail. I'm in the Kansas City area and I know that I have no outstanding bills of any kind other than my local hospital from an accident in March, which is currently being paid in installments. This number has to be a scam and illegal.
